What you will do

• Lead end-to-end research initiatives to inform product strategy and improve platform workflows.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to ground decisions in user insights.
• Identify high-impact research opportunities and define research roadmaps.
• Translate signals from users, product analytics, and feedback into actionable product direction.
• Conduct research across a multi-sided marketplace involving both consumers and professionals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of User Research experience in B2B SaaS, productivity tools, or operations platforms.
• Proven track record of driving measurable impact in user retention, workflow efficiency, or task automation.
• Ability to frame ambiguous product questions into clear, decision-oriented research plans.
• Experience influencing product strategy and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).

Nice to have

• Experience conducting research across multiple connected product surfaces like mobile and web.
• Past work with internal clinical, support, or operations teams.
• Exposure to healthcare, mental health, or other sensitive product areas.
