What you will do

• Define and drive the UX vision for AI-powered health intelligence solutions.
• Create detailed design artifacts including process flows, information architecture, and wireframes.
• Develop high-fidelity mocks, prototypes, and maintain detailed UI specifications and pattern libraries.
• Conduct in-house user research to test and validate design concepts with end users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, ML, and engineering teams to translate requirements into outcomes.
• Define and track success metrics for product designs to drive future improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5+ years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, or information architect.
• Digital portfolio demonstrating depth in UX, visual design, and creative problem-solving across platforms.
• Fluency in user-centered design processes and UX principles.
• Proven experience guiding and managing user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills to present design concepts persuasively to stakeholders and customers.
