Salary: $132,000 – $181,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Develop and execute rapid creative work for digital ads and landing pages from concept to final execution.
• Partner with Growth Marketing stakeholders to drive leads and unlock new campaign opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Brand Systems team to ensure growth creative adheres to the evolving visual language.
• Analyze creative performance and relay insights to the broader design and brand teams.
• Test hypotheses and iterate on designs based on performance metrics, originality, and clarity.
• Identify and unlock opportunities across emerging formats and placements.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio of performance creative or digital advertising.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA to work in-person at least 2 days/week.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working within high-growth environments alongside marketing and brand teams.
• AI processes integrated into your production workflow.

• Experience with motion design and prototyping.
