Salary: $120,000 - $180,000

What you will do
- Scope, plan, and align Human Centered Design (HCD) activities with marketing, R&D, and technology leaders.
- Lead and execute concurrent research sprints to uncover unmet user needs through qualitative engagement.
- Develop research methods including contextual inquiry, observation, and in-depth interviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design recruitment criteria, screeners, and interview guides.
- Synthesize complex qualitative data into actionable insights and research outputs linked to product strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
- Must be able to work onsite in Mounds View, MN 4 days a week.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to enhance collaboration and project completion.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in consulting.
- Advanced degree in human-centered design, behavioral science, or a related field.
- Experience supporting global or cross-cultural research initiatives.
- Strong ability to communicate ideas visually through sketches and workflows.
