What you will do

• Own the design process of hirify.global surfaces from initial prototype through to the shipped product.
• Research and implement interaction patterns that empower educators to become makers of technology.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to build and refine AI-powered educational tools.
• Shape the storytelling and communication design that shares hirify.global's work with the world.
• Develop strategies to lower the floor for who can create and meaningfully deploy AI systems in educational contexts.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a design generalist with a primary focus on product design.
• Proven track record across one or more other design disciplines.
• Technical fluency in building with and on AI, including staying current with AI trends.
• Ability to lead design on projects, define design spaces, and drive solutions through ambiguity.
• Strong passion for learning environments and working with teachers, students, and school leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience in education or building within the EdTech sector.
• Experience designing creative technology.
• A love for creative side projects.
