What you will do

• Manage and streamline the process for an increasing volume of vendor agreements.
• Support sales and business development teams with various commercial transactions.
• Draft and negotiate term sheets and definitive documentation while managing the deal process.
• Coordinate and budget for external legal advisors engaged on specific projects.
• Provide support for other commercial or corporate legal matters as required.

Requirements

• J.D. from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
• Minimum 7 years of legal practice, ideally within a major law firm and a fintech startup.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, engineering, security, tax, and finance teams.
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to present complex issues clearly and provide practical, effective legal advice.
