What you will do

• Lead day-to-day program management across the software development lifecycle, from strategy to go-to-market.
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers and cross-team dependencies.
• Drive alignment on commitments across engineering, marketing, and business development teams.
• Bring structure to ambiguous situations and push for scalable solutions.
• Hold engineering leads and team members accountable to delivery timelines.
• Provide technical transparency through clear summaries for diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a technical program manager in a similarly sized company or industry.
• Proven track record of delivering product roadmaps with limited supervision.
• Experience launching user-facing technologies at a high quality bar.
• Strong technical understanding to contribute to technical solution discussions.
• Proficiency with agile project management tools like Jira.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and cross-organizational dependencies.
