Location: Remote (US or Canada)
Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do
- Be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing day-to-day and strategic issues.
- Build a thorough understanding of products and communicate effectively with clients.
- Translate complex product problems into actionable solutions.
- Advise on best practices related to fraud and compliance.
- Monitor and communicate KPIs to clients.
- Collaborate with risk analytics teams to address new fraud typologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS.
- Domain experience in compliance, fintech, or AML/KYC.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in business intelligence tools.
- Exceptional project management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong presentation skills for virtual and in-person meetings.
