Salary: $148,700 – $231,400 per year

What you will do

• Lead the concept, development, and global launch of Alexa devices.
• Collaborate with HW, OS, software engineering, UX, finance, and marketing teams to ship products.
• Manage operational relationships and use hard data and metrics to develop business cases.
• Drive effective teamwork and communication across disparate groups with competing priorities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and bottlenecks throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Influence technical designs and proactively simplify internal processes.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and prior service in the U.S. Armed Forces (including Reserves and National Guard).
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proven track record of managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Experience defining KPIs and SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses.
