What you will do

• Partner with Portfolio Leadership to unblock teams and guide delivery across a broad and complex program portfolio.
• Lead cross-team dependency forums to drive horizontal alignment across engineering domains and partners.
• Develop and maintain six-quarter capability roadmaps aligned with product and business strategies.
• Define and implement repeatable program frameworks and operating cadences to increase delivery speed and scalability.
• Drive transparency through clear, actionable communication for stakeholders ranging from engineering teams to senior leadership.
• Establish program management best practices and mentor other TPMs to raise the organizational bar.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, architecture, or related roles.
• Proven experience influencing Director and VP-level stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong technical depth and the ability to engage credibly with senior engineers and architects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly with executive audiences.
• Demonstrated success driving complex, multi-domain initiatives with significant dependencies.
• Location: Must be based in Mountain View, California
