What you will do
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of monthly variables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for benefits providers and manage operational invoices.
- Oversee time-tracking systems and leave administration in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure legal compliance for interns and apprentices' documentation.
- Collaborate with the Global Mobility team regarding transfers and visa compliance.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or related fields, preferably in tech.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep practical knowledge of Brazilian labor laws.
- Advanced English communication skills for collaboration with global stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple priorities.

- Prior experience working with Workday.
