What you will do

• Optimize AI-driven recruiting workflows across the candidate lifecycle.
• Manage talent rediscovery initiatives and hotlist coordination.
• Drive adoption and process consistency across recruiting technology platforms.
• Author workflow documentation and ensure operational compliance.
• Partner with Recruiting, Sales, and Training teams to ensure technical alignment.
• Coordinate candidate engagement strategies to improve recruiting cycle speeds.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in recruiting operations, coordination, or staffing operations.
• Direct experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or technical workflow management tools.
• Strong organizational capabilities with a background in process management and documentation.
• High comfort level with learning and enabling teams on new AI-enabled software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Latin America.

• Prior experience in a staffing agency or consulting firm.
• Direct exposure to AI-enabled sourcing platforms.
