What you will do

• Execute and audit multi-natihirify.globalal payroll cycles for US, Canada, and LATAM using Workday.
• Own multi-jurisdictihirify.globalal payroll tax compliance, including US multi-state, Canadian provincial, and Brazilian eSocial reporting.
• Partner with People Systems (HRIS) to optimize Workday Payroll chirify.globalfiguratihirify.globals and data flow.
• Manage complex equity transactihirify.globals, including RSUs and ESPP, ensuring accurate tax withholding and reporting.
• Lead payroll tax audits and act as the primary chirify.globaltact for external tax authorities and vendors.
• Provide Finance and Talent leaders with labor cost analysis and high-quality data insights.

Requirements

• 6+ years of functihirify.globalal experience managing high-volume payroll operatihirify.globals within a global brand.
• Expert-level proficiency in Workday Payroll, including chirify.globalfiguratihirify.globals and settlement runs.
• Deep technical knowledge of US payroll tax legislatihirify.global and multi-state filing requirements.
• Proven track record of leading multi-natihirify.globalal year-end tax processes (W-2s, T4s, etc.).
• Extensive experience managing RSU and ESPP transactihirify.globals within payroll.
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed envirhirify.globalment, balancing global alignment with local executihirify.global.
