What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness of employee payments.
• Act as the primary liaison between employees and third-party payroll vendors.
• Coordinate the implementation and upgrades of third-party payroll systems.
• Interpret and apply pay policies regarding vacations, leaves, disability, and union contracts.
• Ensure strict adherence to federal and state payroll regulations and withholding exemptions.
• Facilitate the offboarding process in collaboration with internal teams and labor unions.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of payroll, offboarding, and accounting processes.
• Experience with payroll software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance specifically for Brazil.
• Analytical skills with high attention to detail and data sensitivity.
• Ability to communicate professionally with various levels of management.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Human Resources.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar payroll role.
