Facilities Technician (Industrial Maintenance)

What you will do

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related work orders to minimize downtime.
• Support equipment installations, facility modifications, and renovation projects.
• Maintain fire protection, life safety, and security systems.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and specialized projects.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and manage inventory of tools and supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of industrial or facility maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Experience using MEWPs (scissor or boom lifts).
• Legal authorization to work in the US (sponsorship not provided).
