What you will do

• Supervise maintenance activities across multiple shifts and manage individual performance plans for employees.
• Oversee the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS/Maximo) to track asset history, costs, and spare parts.
• Lead and complete complex problem-solving tasks using tools like 8-Step, PDCA, and 5 Why.
• Manage budgets for capital and expenses related to maintenance projects and schedules.
• Coordinate skilled trades personnel and contractors to ensure facility and equipment functionality.
• Implement and maintain PM and TPM programs to reduce equipment downtime and emergency repairs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Zeeland, MI.
• Four-year technical degree in a related field or equivalent expertise.
• Minimum 5 years of plant/facility maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Technical competence in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical systems, and data infrastructure.
• Knowledge of MIOSHA standards and governmental safety/environmental regulations.
• Experience with PLC controls, HVAC, and pneumatic/electrical distribution systems.

• Journeyman status.
