What you will do

• Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary corrective actions.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery according to production specifications.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and document all repair activities.
• Collaborate with team members to move or repair heavy equipment.
• Train and mentor Maintenance Technician I personnel.

Requirements

• Must be based in Pineville, LA
• 2+ years of prior industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong background in hydraulic and electrical systems, including 480/3 phase power.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and read a tape measure.
• Effective communication skills within an industrial environment.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with software, CNC, and PLC systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
