Resource Supervisor (Renewable Energy)

Salary: $100k - $115k USD annually + up to 10% bonus

What you will do

• Lead a large team of decentralized traveling service technicians across North America and Canada.
• Prepare detailed resource plans and schedules for site activities including blade repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
• Ensure all projects and personnel meet or exceed Nordex HSE legal requirements and training certifications.
• Conduct regular site audits to evaluate scope, quality, and HSE performance, addressing any gaps or improvements.
• Manage resource team PPE, trucks, and tooling, while reporting usage and related costs via corporate tools.
• Coordinate logistics and mobilization of specialized tooling and equipment for maintenance and repair activities.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Electrical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in project management or lead capacity, specifically within renewable energy or construction.
• Proven experience with wind turbine operations and strong MS Office skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no employer sponsorship provided).
• Full valid driver's license and ability to meet OSHA/ANSI weight limits of 265 lbs or less.
• Fluent English proficiency is required for safety and collaboration.
