Salary: $119,500 – $149,175 per year

What you will do

• Lead and support a team of 4-10 technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance of PV solar and BESS facilities.
• Manage the safe and efficient delivery of field services and coordinate third-party contractors.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC electrical systems, including substations, inverters, and trackers.
• Oversee warranty claims processes with EPC providers and equipment vendors.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, including JHA/JSA, LOTO, and environmental obligations.
• Manage inventory levels for consumables and spare parts to ensure plant readiness.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working on utility-scale electrical systems.
• Experience with C&I or utility-scale PV systems required.
• Proven ability to lead teams, with 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and NFPA 70e.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must live near or be willing to relocate to Mojave/California City, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Battery Energy Storage systems (BESS).
• NFPA 70E and OSHA 30 Certification.
• College degree in a related field.
