What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers responsible for power systems modeling and analysis.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality completion of electrical engineering scopes.
• Perform and oversee detailed electrical studies for solar, BESS, wind, and substation projects.
• Serve as the primary client contact for assigned project scopes.
• Provide regulatory compliance services and support project design phases from concept to commissioning.
• Assist with proposals, cost estimates, and budget reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology required.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering or field experience.
• FE licensure required; PE preferred.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Proficiency in power system modeling software such as ETAP, PowerFactory, CDEGS, PSSe, PSLF, or PSCAD.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with effective interpersonal abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with SKM Power Tools, EasyPower, Aspen, or Windmil.
• Experience with CAPE or WinIGS.
• Experience with Cymcap.
