What you will do

• Generate a strong sales pipeline by identifying and engaging ideal customer personas.
• Conduct research and gather insights to create warm introductions to prospects.
• Execute outbound prospecting via emails, social networks, and field marketing events.
• Qualify and convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to suggest and implement pipeline-driving initiatives.
• Effectively articulate the value of hirify.global's solution to both technical and non-technical buyers.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• University degree in a business subject or relevant experience in business development.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment.
• Demonstrable track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, outgoing personality.
• Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
