What you will do

• Lead technical engagements across the sales process and create strong value propositions to generate revenue.
• Conduct thorough analysis of customer business requirements to identify opportunities and articulate high-level solutions.
• Demonstrate hirify.global capabilities to a broad spectrum of audiences, transforming strategic challenges into technical solutions.
• Drive end-user adoption of products through events, seminars, webinars, and technical training.
• Collaborate with Customer Delivery and Professional Services teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Support marketing initiatives through evangelism, including writing blogs and speaking at industry events.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing, account management, or strategic consulting organization.
• Technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic are mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Results-oriented and outcome-based mindset with a proactive approach.

• Previous experience working with hirify.global or other automation platforms.
• Previous experience working with Test Automation tools.
