• Coordinate leadership alignments and maintain visibility into strategic initiatives.

• Lead and execute high-priority cross-functional projects and internal programs.
• Facilitate change management efforts and operational training rollouts.
• Act as a central point of contact for assigned projects to ensure alignment and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in project management, program management, or strategic planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability to operate in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
• Expertise in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or Google Gemini for productivity.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from designated US office locations.
