What you will do

• Review financial statements and credit reports for prospective customers to determine credit limits and payment terms.
• Monitor customer payment history and adjust credit limits as necessary.
• Obtain credit insurance prior to product shipment.
• Analyze accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up on past-due balances to ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate documentation of credit decisions, customer communications, and account status.
• Participate in special projects to improve AR processes and provide backup support for other AR functions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounts receivable.
• Proven experience in reading and analyzing financial statements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Capacity to multitask within a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Must be able to work onsite in Haverhill, MA.
