Accounts Receivable Analyst

Accounts Receivable Analyst (AR/Collections): Support end-to-end trade receivables and collections to ensure timely cash collection, accurate AR records, and strong working capital with an accent on resolving billing queries and disputes and improving AR processes. Salary: $105,000 - $136,000 total compensation (includes fixed annual salary of $100,000 - $125,000)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end AR and collections process to support timely cash collection and healthy working capital.
• Run day-to-day collections activities (statements, follow-ups on overdue invoices, customer communication documentation) and escalate risks/disputes.
• Partner with Billing, Cash Applications, and GTM to resolve billing queries and disputes while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Support month-end close and AR reporting, including reconciliations, bad debt provision support, audit requests, and AR aging/collections reporting.
• Identify and drive process and system improvements (automation, dunning workflows, collections tools) with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills for firm but constructive conversations with customers and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and an ownership mindset to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Interest in AI and desire to build automated processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, knowing when to escalate issues or seek guidance.
• Foundational accounting knowledge (AR recognition basics; bad debt provisioning exposure is a plus).
