Salary: $83,600–$110,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of contracted authors, serving as their primary point of contact from onboarding to project completion.
• Oversee the full content lifecycle, monitoring submission cadences and ensuring accuracy of project tracking data.
• Independently track 40+ concurrent projects, flagging risks and deviations from timelines early.
• Collaborate with Production and Curriculum teams to facilitate smooth progression through review stages.
• Perform final publication checks on assigned content and lead post-project retrospectives to document lessons learned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, content operations, or editorial production.
• Proven track record of independently managing 40+ concurrent projects.
• Proficiency in Asana and Google Suite.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Demonstrated ability to surface risks proactively and work effectively in ambiguous situations.

Nice to have

• Experience in edtech, online learning, or content production environments.
• Familiarity with instructional design or technical content (AI, cloud, data, security).
• Experience coordinating with external contractors or freelancers.
• Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
