What you will do

• Own and maintain factory 300mm toolsets, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and Copy Exactly compliance.
• Review control charts and tool output daily to maintain excursion-free layers and deliver Model of Record (MOR) availability.
• Define roadmaps for new technology processes and establish equipment configurations and procedures.
• Conduct experiments to characterize processes and improve yield, reliability, and productivity.
• Lead toolset improvements to achieve record availability, cycle time, and low defect densities.
• Collaborate across organizational boundaries, including process engineering, integration, and yield teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or related STEM field with 3+ years of experience (or Master's with 1+ years).
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing ramps and technology transfers.
• Direct experience with diffusion/implant modules and managing semiconductor equipment.
• Proven track record in defectivity and availability improvements.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in a semiconductor factory as a technician or engineer.
• Strong analytical and root-cause investigation skills.
• Proficiency in statistics and experimental design applied to tool matching and process development.
