What you will do

• Optimize and install high-voltage process technologies in external semiconductor foundries.
• Guarantee technology consistency and control across multiple external foundries.
• Monitor process technologies via statistical analysis of PCM, in-line data, and final test results.
• Analyze and optimize yield for families of high-voltage smart-power products.
• Perform root cause analysis of failures in collaboration with device, packaging, and reliability engineers.
• Support design and product engineering with scheduling and expediting engineering lots and tape outs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in EE, Physics, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Expertise in process engineering, yield optimization, or device characterization.
• Experience monitoring product yields using test data, PCM, and in-line fab data.
• Proficiency in device measurement techniques and the design of PCM test structures.
