Internal Logistic Manager

Location: Onsite in Richmond, Virginia, United States. Candidates must already have work authorization permitting employment in the US.

Salary: $83,300–$133,280 annually.

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and monitor warehouse receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch operations.
• Manage third-party logistics partnerships and ensure timely material delivery to production lines.
• Track contractual KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions for cost optimization.
• Develop and manage the annual warehouse budget within approved financial parameters.
• Optimize warehouse utilization and inventory levels, lead physical inventory and cycle counting, and maintain accurate stock control.
• Ensure SAP and operational-system compliance while implementing lean practices and resolving logistics escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Experience with SAP Warehouse Management and/or Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules.
• Experience managing third-party logistics is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Query, Power BI, and data analysis is preferred.
• Existing US work authorization is required.
