What you will do

• Lead complex end-to-end implementation projects, including data gathering and technical platform configuration.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for government customers to ensure smooth deployment and alignment with objectives.
• Analyze customer pain points to develop tailored solutions that simplify and automate workflows.
• Collaborate with R&D and Sales teams to inform product roadmaps and drive delivery efficiencies.
• Mentor and train team members to foster professional growth and share best practices.
• Establish best practices for data environments and customer verticals to improve scalability.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in the public sector or GovTech (Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, or similar).
• At least 4 years of software implementation consulting experience with external clients.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, formulas) and financial data analysis.
• Experience with SaaS solutions, APIs, and Cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Chicago, IL.
