Data Center Operations IT Project Manager (Cloud): Leading large-scale legacy IT transformation projects and cloud migration initiatives with an accent on data platform modernization and mission-critical system operations. Focus on architecting modernization pathways, managing government procurements, and ensuring secure, cloud-ready enterprise delivery.
Location: Must be based in the US (Austin, TX preferred). Role may require occasional on-site work at Booz Allen or customer facilities.
Compensation: $86,800 – $198,000 (annualized USD).

What you will do
- Oversee the delivery of complex federal IT programs and legacy environment management.
- Partner with clients to translate objectives into actionable modernization strategies.
- Manage data center operations, including hardware and software procurement.
- Lead hybrid datacenter-to-cloud transitions and mission-system O&M.
- Architect modernization pathways involving cloud-native architectures and microservices.
- Ensure secure CI/CD pipeline design and enterprise data platform enablement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a technical lead on complex federal IT programs.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
- Experience with data platform modernization (Snowflake or AWS native analytics).
- Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS landing zones, FedRAMP-ready environments).
- Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, and secure CI/CD pipeline design.
- CompTIA Cloud+ Certification.
Nice to have
- Experience designing AI-accelerated migration or documentation workflows.
- Knowledge of federal cybersecurity requirements (NIST 800-53, RMF, Zero Trust).
- CompTIA Security+ Certification.
