What you will do

• Guide project teams and clients on Agile/Scrum practices to enhance project delivery and team self-organization
• Manage project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables ensuring quality and client satisfaction
• Coordinate activities among project teams, internal departments, and external vendors or subcontractors
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and facilitate communication and decision-making
• Support product sponsors and maintain project information using company systems
• Conduct project closure activities including post-implementation reviews and documentation handover

Requirements

• Must have PMP certification
• Ability to manage medium to high risk, complex projects with high client visibility
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and best practices
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and team management skills
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ability to effectively interact with executive-level clients and maintain confidentiality
