What you will do

• Define and maintain a robust metric architecture, including North Star metrics and operational guardrails.
• Lead weekly metric reviews to report vital trends and strategic opportunities to company leadership.
• Perform root-cause analysis on operational anomalies, separating true signals from noise and seasonality.
• Translate ambiguous high-level business goals into structured, testable hypotheses and analytical frameworks.
• Collaborate with tech and operations teams to design and interpret operational experiments and process changes.
• Evangelize data usage across the organization through dedicated documentation and training materials.

Requirements

• 7+ years of data analytics experience with a proven track record at a senior level in complex organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with enterprise BI tools like Looker.
• Fluency in analyzing data using Python and/or R.
• Familiarity with dbt and modern analytics engineering principles.
• Practical knowledge of A/B testing and quasi-experimental design.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting to non-technical executives.
