TL;DR

Data Analyst (Medtech): Maintaining operational tools and metrics to support real-world evidence deliveries with an accent on data visualization and process improvement. Location: Must be based in or near New York (NY office). This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.

Salary: $88,000 - $121,000

What you will do

  • Transform data and metadata into actionable insights using statistical methods and visualizations.
  • Develop, document, and maintain operational metrics for internal teams.
  • Build and support data tools and dashboards to surface analytic insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define experiments and prioritize software feature requests.
  • Generate ideas for analyses to shape future projects and achieve ambitious company goals.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization using BI software.
  • BS or MS in a technical field such as data science, engineering, or applied statistics.
  • Proficiency in at least one data-centric language: SQL, Python (pandas), or R.
  • Experience with spreadsheet automation using Excel VBA or Google AppScripts.
  • Ability to work independently in a highly ambiguous environment.
  • Must be comfortable working in a hybrid setup with 3 days in the NY office.

Nice to have

  • Experience with dbt and Airflow.
  • Familiarity with AI coding assistants like Cursor or Claude Code.
  • Prior experience in Oncology or Clinical Data.
  • Background in Operations or experimental design.
