What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of recruiters across Product, Design, and Solutions Engineering.
• Serve as the primary talent partner to the CPO, Global Head of Design, and Global Head of Solutions Engineering.
• Drive workforce planning and hiring strategies based on market intelligence and data-driven insights.
• Design and optimize recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and assessment standards to improve hiring quality.
• Utilize recruiting metrics and pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and drive operational improvements.
• Partner with Employer Branding and Total Rewards to position the company as a top employer for technical talent globally.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in recruiting, with 5+ years leading global recruiting teams.
• Deep experience recruiting for Product Management, Product Strategy, Design, or Solutions Engineering in tech or fintech.
• Proven ability to influence C-level and senior leaders on talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in ATS reporting (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse).
• Ability to design and implement structured interview frameworks and calibration processes at scale.
• Must be based in San Francisco
