What you will do

• Coordinate interviews and meetings across multiple time zones for global stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System.
• Manage travel and accommodations for candidates as required.
• Streamline and improve recruitment processes to enhance the overall candidate experience.
• Compile recruitment reports and deliver results via meetings or email updates.
• Drive recruitment initiatives, specifically focusing on diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2-3 years in an administrative role.
• Proven experience in recruitment coordination and scheduling internal/external meetings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong multi-tasking abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in New York, NY
