What you will do

• Partner with hiring teams to develop sourcing strategies and workforce plans for Product & Engineering.
• Build a robust pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical functions.
• Manage an effective interview process and provide interview training across the business.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Apply data-driven insights and competitive landscape knowledge to iterate recruiting strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical roles.
• Proven track record of successful multi-year full-cycle recruiting results.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders and facilitating business-driving meetings.
• Strong sourcing skills and demonstrated ability to close senior-level candidates.
• Experience leading and contributing to global recruiting projects.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Arlington, VA or Seattle, WA.
