What you will do

• Source high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, referrals, and other tools.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies for open roles across different company functions.
• Develop a deep understanding of talent markets, candidate profiles, and competitive landscapes.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine requirements and calibrate ideal candidate profiles.
• Use data and feedback to improve sourcing conversion and outreach quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience working in growth-stage companies.
• Strong research instincts and the ability to turn ambiguous requirements into targeted candidate lists.
• Clear and concise written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
