What you will do

• Inspect manufactured parts for defects and material handling damage.
• Clean, deburr, and polish parts using files, wire brushes, and buffing cloths.
• Mount and replace tooling such as rubberized abrasives and bench grinder wheels.
• Operate Dremel tools, hand-held Die-Grinders, and Grit Blast Cabinets.
• Use compressed air to ensure parts are free of debris after polishing.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months of related experience.
• Must be able to train on 1st Shift before moving to 2nd Shift.
• Must pass a respirator medical evaluation and annual fit test.
• Ability to wear a respirator for an average of 8 hours per day.
• Physical capacity to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Strong close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
