Senior Market Outreach Specialist

Location: Remote, primarily office-based; Oregon-based candidates preferred, with the Portland Metro area ideal.

Salary: $62,700–$94,100 per year; listed compensation of $70,000.

What you will do

• Manage quality assurance datasets and database infrastructure.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and end-of-year reports that support client-facing reporting narratives.
• Analyze and review spreadsheets, reports, and presentations for accuracy, completeness, errors, and eligibility.
• Coordinate training activities for contractors and community partners, including presenters, scheduling, materials, and event logistics.
• Propose and implement program improvements that increase internal capacity to deliver energy efficiency services.
• Represent the program when working with contractors, customers, community organizations, and internal cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills and comfort working independently with data and reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with contractors, community partners, presenters, and internal teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.
• Ability to meet applicable DOT qualifications and transportation regulations, if required.
