Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Knoxville, TN, USA; full-time, day shift

What you will do

• Maintain accurate open-position and applicant-tracking records, including entering requisitions and documenting candidate activity.
• Screen applications and resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule qualified candidates for face-to-face interviews.
• Verify rehire eligibility, professional licenses, certifications, references, and pre-employment screenings.
• Identify candidate concerns and communicate relevant findings to hiring managers and recruiters.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion.
• Support employee transfers and participate in community recruitment and employment activities.

Requirements

• Entry-level position accepting a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Up to two years of recruiting or interviewing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer and word-processing skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• No professional licensure is required.
