Aftermarket Quote Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Beloit, Wisconsin, United States of America. Travel up to 10% domestically to service centers and customer sites. US citizenship and proof of citizenship are required; dual citizenship is not permitted for access to NOFORN data.

What you will do

• Review RFQs and prepare accurate quotations that meet company standards.
• Follow up on quotes to support order placement and develop accurate forecasts.
• Manage customer inquiries about order fulfillment, delivery changes, and complaints.
• Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts and maintain customer relationships.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve requests.
• Review purchase orders and support the RMA process for customer repairs and returns.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business administration, management, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of inside sales or customer account growth experience; manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, customer focus, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Previous experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Must provide proof of US citizenship and attest to having no dual citizenship.

Nice to have

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Basic understanding of diesel engines.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
