Technical Sales Engineer

What you will do

• Generate SAP quotes and electronic folders for spare parts, field service, and service contracts.
• Handle customer inquiries on contracts, invoices, shipments, and consignment via calls/emails.
• Prepare and distribute quotes, process orders for invoicing, and audit for accuracy.
• Enter sales orders in SAP and track purchase requisitions for projects.
• Maintain project files, schedule representative activities, and assist with account maintenance.
• Collaborate on policies, procedures, and project accounting functions.

Requirements

• BA/BS required; degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred.
• Two+ years in customer service, inside sales, or accounting.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with SAP/ERP a plus.
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Mechanical background preferred.
• Office-based in Oldsmar, FL, US with travel 2-3 times per year within US.
