What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term enterprise analytics, integration, and application development strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee the design and deployment of AI/ML models and real-time dashboards to drive operational efficiencies and data-driven decision-making.
• Build and manage a robust middleware and integration platform to enable seamless data flow across SAP, Salesforce, and other core systems.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performance team with expertise in software development, integration platforms, and advanced analytics.
• Establish enterprise-wide standards for data governance, data quality, and technology architecture.
• Partner with business leaders and product teams to align IT solutions with corporate strategic objectives and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in analytics, integration, and application development leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Azure Data Warehouse, and Tableau.
• Experience leading teams in a multinational organization, specifically within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotech.
• Deep knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance within highly regulated environments.
• Strong experience with middleware, API management, and enterprise integration solutions.
