What you will do

• Act as the primary technical advocate for FSI requirements across hirify.global business units.
• Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, Chief Architects, and technical executives at strategic accounts.
• Develop technical strategies for critical workloads including HPC, HFT, AI/ML, and hybrid cloud.
• Lead the technical evolution and expansion of the FinTEC executive council.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and hyperscalers to develop industry-specific reference architectures.
• Identify emerging technology trends and competitive threats to inform hirify.global's growth strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services, enterprise architecture, or technical sales.
• Must reside in the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT) with ability to travel weekly.
• Deep expertise in HPC, AI/ML, cloud architecture, and containerized platforms.
• Proven ability to influence product strategy through customer engagement.
• Not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with CPU and platform architecture.
• Experience in silicon validation and performance tuning for mission-critical workloads.
