What you will do

• Lead enterprise semantic architecture strategy and roadmap for financial and regulatory datasets.
• Design enterprise ontologies and semantic layer architectures supporting NLQ, semantic search, and agentic AI workflows.
• Develop logical and physical architectures for lakehouse environments, knowledge graphs, and vector stores.
• Establish metadata governance standards, business glossaries, and data lineage frameworks.
• Define entity resolution strategies to ensure consistent semantic integration across enterprise datasets.
• Collaborate with federal stakeholders and guide technical teams through architecture reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise data architecture, with 5+ years in cloud-native platforms.
• Expertise in knowledge graphs, semantic layers, ontologies, and graph databases.
• Proficiency with AWS Neptune, OpenSearch, Databricks, and lakehouse architectures.
• Experience with entity resolution, data lineage, and master data management.
• Familiarity with XBRL taxonomies and financial reporting data.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting regulatory agencies such as SEC, Treasury, IRS, CFPB, FDIC, OCC, or Federal Reserve.
• Implementation of GraphRAG architectures integrating knowledge graphs with RAG workflows.
• Knowledge of RDF, LPG, OWL, or SKOS semantic technologies.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or Databricks Certified Data Architect.
