Salary: $90,200 – $129,300

What you will do

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports (Forms 10-Q and 10-K) ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support Investor Relations processes, including the preparation of earnings press releases.
• Optimize reporting tools such as Workiva and Oracle to improve process efficiency.
• Research technical accounting matters and document significant transactions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial and non-financial data accuracy.
• Manage external audit requests to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Minneapolis, MN for hybrid work.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of public accounting or 3+ years of industry experience.
• Strong understanding of SEC regulations and U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with public company financial reporting is preferred.
• CPA certification (active or inactive) is preferred.
