What you will do

• Prepare and manage SEC filings including Form 10-Q, 10-K, and Proxy statements.
• Oversee quarterly financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and disclosure requirements.
• Manage equity accounting, including stock-based compensation, repurchases, and EPS calculations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, legal counsel, and the audit committee for review and approval.
• Drive process improvements for financial reporting and monitor internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting with a CPA license.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in corporate financial reporting.
• Strong expertise in SEC filings and XBRL tagging.
• Experience with public company stock administration.
• Must be able to work from the Dublin or Menlo Park office at least 3 days a week.

Nice to have

• Prior Public accounting/audit experience with Big 4.
• Proficiency with the Workiva SEC reporting tool.
