What you will do

• Provide analytics and recommendations to business leaders to improve financial performance and identify impending problems.
• Perform ad hoc financial modeling and analysis to support revenue and cost scenarios.
• Develop monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans to provide operational insight.
• Prepare comprehensive reporting packages and presentations for business leadership.
• Support departmental budgets, monitor spend variances, and recommend control actions.
• Execute month and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and ERP experience (preferably Oracle).
• Hands-on experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Unrestricted work authorization for the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, SAP Business Objects, Planful, or Coupa.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, specifically project accounting and revenue recognition rules.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction across all organizational levels.
