What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery across 3 cross-functional squads: planning, tracking, risk management, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-squad dependencies to ensure consistent progress toward project milestones.
• Work with Tech Leads to resolve blockers, manage scope, and maintain realistic delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Business Analysts to ensure requirements are understood and prioritized.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure effective team processes (sprint planning, retrospectives, demos).
• Manage team ramp-up by coordinating onboarding as squads scale; provide weekly delivery reports and status updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role managing multiple agile teams simultaneously.
• Experience managing delivery for software development projects with teams of 20+ people.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and ability to adapt processes to team needs.
• Experience with delivery planning, dependency management, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and understand the software development lifecycle (not necessarily as a developer).
• Fluent English for professional spoken and written communication.
• Work from the office 3 days per week in Warsaw, Kraków, Tricity (Gdańsk), or Rzeszów.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in financial services or banking domain.
• Experience with greenfield projects and team ramp-up/scaling.
• Experience coordinating technical and business stakeholders in a multi-squad setup.
• Familiarity with Java/Spring or Flutter/React technology stacks.
